NOT listening to that voice in your head that’s telling you it’s OK to stop exercising 3 minutes early q. The click click sound of your beautiful new heels that you bought for 75% off r. Walking away from the hairdresser with a handful of free samples s. Smell of freshly cut grass. Being barefoot. The ocean. The sound of waves crashing on the rocks. Fog. Redwoods. Vineyards. Curling up with my youngest to watch the BBC version of Pride and Prejudice.
