Being invited into someones home to photograph a pregnancy is an absolute honour for me. It seems like it goes by so slowly, especially when we start to get all uncomfortable, but then when we look back, we really can’t believe how quickly it goes by. Before we know it the child is running around, and I know for me, I look back and miss having that little someone with me all the time, growing inside of me. I wish I had gotten some photographs of my pregnant self. That’s why everytime I book a maternity session, it warms my heart to know that they will always have these wonderful, fleeting moments to cherish forever, long after the moment has passed.

To me, there is nothing more beautiful than a woman carrying life. Lyne was no exception.
